Full Bio:
Jeff is an entrepreneur and business leader from Lancaster, Pennsylvania. After graduating from the University of Scranton, he began his career at J&D Associates, a family-owned company where he rose through the ranks and ultimately served as president for 15 years. During more than two decades with the company, Jeff gained extensive leadership experience, including navigating a private equity acquisition by KKR and completing an Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School.
In 2010, Jeff co-founded J&J Companies with Jeff Morey and helped grow the business rapidly over the next 15 years. After Morey’s retirement in 2019, Jeff acquired his partner’s equity and became the sole owner.
Jeff has always been driven by the desire to build and lead his own company—one where he could shape its future and create meaningful impact. Inspired by watching his parents work for large corporations with limited influence over outcomes, he set out to build a business rooted in independence, strong leadership, and long-term vision.
His passion is creating a company culture where employees and partners are treated like family, customers are viewed as long-term partners, and success is shared. Jeff takes pride in growing and diversifying the business while staying true to its core values, and he enjoys mentoring young professionals—including his own children—as they pursue their own goals in business and life
