Full Bio:

Joe Lapi is President and Owner of Harding-Yost Insurance, with 30+ years in the insurance industry. He began his career at Aetna Life Insurance before joining HYI in 1997, eventually becoming president and sole owner. Joe has grown HYI from an 8-person agency to a staff of 35, focusing on mentoring employees and providing comprehensive solutions to clients. He is active in community service, including Ephrata Rotary, Lancaster Dollars for Higher Learning, and industry advisory councils. Outside work, he enjoys family travel, hunting, Penn State football, and BBQ.
