Her work is focused on creating sparks of insight, courage, and possibility, helping people and teams unlock mindset shifts that change how they show up, lead, and live. As “Doctor + Dork,” she brings research-based practices while making tough topics fun and human. Next Gen Event: Clangin’ for a Cause
Testimonial: “It was a such a joy to partner with Next Generation of Lancaster and speak at one of their signature networking events! In my keynote, we explored a simple but powerful reality: the average person will spend about 90,000 hours working—roughly one-third of their life. Yet many of us treat work as something we endure while we live for the “everything else.” What I appreciate about Next Gen is that they challenge that mindset. They are intentionally creating a community where young professionals can connect, grow, and think more deeply about how their careers can contribute to something meaningful. It’s been a joy to partner with a group so committed to shaping the future of this community.“
