Next Gen was founded by KJ and EJ out of a simple belief: Lancaster’s rising professionals deserved a space to connect, learn, and grow – together.
What started as a small gathering has grown into a community of 1000+ members across Lancaster Country, with events ranging from leadership panels to industry tours.
