Brian is an enterprise brand, marketing, and communications executive with a track record of advancing growth, leading transformation, and strengthening organizational reputation across complex, mission-driven organizations.
Brian guides strategy in brand, communications, marketing, public relations, and stakeholder engagement, with leadership spanning brand transformation, integrated marketing, on camera video, executive communications, reputation management, digital strategy, crisis communications, and media relations. His experience includes leading high-impact initiatives involving strategic growth, rebranding, organizational change, executive transitions, and culture alignment.
Known for translating strategy into action, Brian brings an enterprise perspective to leadership and serves as a trusted advisor to executive teams and boards of directors. He is particularly effective in periods of transformation, helping organizations accelerate growth, navigate change, and adapt to evolving market expectations while strengthening alignment among employees, customers, leadership, and external stakeholders.
Presently, Brian is Senior Vice President, Chief Communications and Brand Officer for Acts Retirement-Life Communities, Inc. in Ft. Washington, PA, a position he has held since November 2024. Previously, Brian was Chief Marketing Officer for Willow Valley Communities in Lancaster, PA from 2017 to 2024. Previous career roles include Vice President, Marketing at NACS – The Association for Convenience and Fuel Retailing, Senior Manager with Deloitte Consulting, and marketing leadership positions with Delta Air Lines, Inc. and Armstrong World Industries, Inc.
Brian holds an MBA from Emory University, where he earned lifetime membership in the Beta Gamma Sigma business honor society. Brian obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from Franklin & Marshall College.
A resident of Lancaster, PA, Brian is President of the Board of Trustees of First Presbyterian Church; President of the Hamilton Club of Lancaster; and a mentor and member of the Advisory Committee for the Young Men’s Mentor Program with the Lancaster Chamber of Commerce.
