Next Generation of Lancaster was grateful for the opportunity to return to Lancaster Catholic High School for Career Day.

This was a meaningful experience for our team, especially being able to speak with students from an alumni perspective. We had the chance to share our personal career journeys, the lessons we have learned along the way, and the mindset behind building Next Generation of Lancaster in the community we call home.

Throughout the conversation, we focused on the importance of embracing your community, building relationships, staying curious, and finding ways to grow through the people and opportunities around you. Career paths are not always linear, but being willing to learn, connect, and serve can open doors in powerful ways.

Thank you to Lancaster Catholic High School for welcoming us back and allowing us to spend time with the next generation of students.
