Full Bio:

Fernando Garcia‑Aguila is an Executive Chef with many years of culinary leadership experience, including over seven years at Willow Valley Communities. Born and raised in Cuba, he draws inspiration from the vibrant flavors and traditions of his Cuban and Spanish heritage, an influence that continues to shape his cooking, creativity, and approach to hospitality. Throughout his career, Fernando has collaborated with renowned chefs such as Fabio Viviani and John Paolone, strengthening his commitment to culinary excellence and mentorship.

Beyond his work in the kitchen, Fernando is actively involved in the Lancaster community. He serves on the Board of the Lancaster & Lebanon Literacy Council, is a proud COABE 2025 Ambassador advocating for adult education across Pennsylvania, and chairs the Culinary Advisory Committee for the Lancaster CTC. He is also a soon‑to‑be graduate of the Leadership Lancaster Core Class.
