Results-driven professional providing M&A advisory services at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), specializing in post-close integration and separation activities. Committed to delivering strategic solutions and maximizing value for clients while continuously expanding his industry expertise.

Jordan Tyson

Operations

Holds a B.S. in Accounting from Pennsylvania College of Technology. Began a career at Gehman Accounting and earned the IRS’s highest credential as an Enrolled Agent (EA). Currently serves as a Staff Accountant, working with individuals and small businesses to prepare and file tax returns, while supporting the team throughout the process.

Jordyn Ney

Community Engagment and Social Events

Lobbyist at GSL Public Strategies Group with a B.A. in Political Science from Dickinson College. Wellness advocate passionate about building a culture of health. Serves on the Lancaster Chamber Advocacy Committee, Dickinson Alumni Council, and as Finance Chair of the House Divided Project. Former Dickinson Trustee and Juniata College Mock Trial Coach.

Billy Maeda

Videographer

Born in Guatemala and raised in Southern Lancaster County, Billy is set to graduated in December 2025 with a bachelor’s degree in Respiratory Therapy from Millersville University, becoming a first-generation college graduate. With over six years of experience as an independent contractor, Billy has built a diverse portfolio in videography and photography, spanning athletics, commercial real estate, weddings, fashion, and creative projects. His early work included collaborations with Saint Joseph’s University Lacrosse and Millersville University athletics, before expanding into broader industries where he continues to deliver high-quality, impactful visual content.

Nick Smucker

Photographer

Nick Smucker, a New Holland, Pennsylvania native, launched his photography career immediately after graduating high school in 2024. Forgoing college to pursue his passion full-time, he quickly established himself in both freelance and professional settings. Nick currently serves as Lead Photographer for The Next Chapter, the fastest-growing basketball organization in the world, and is also the personal photographer for former NBA player Lance Stephenson. His work spans sports, events, and creative projects, where he continues to build a reputation for capturing impactful, high-quality imagery.

Caleb Olson

Creative Director

Caleb Olson’s career has been shaped by a lifelong pull toward creativity and the work that happens behind the scenes. Immersed in film, photography, and music from an early age, he developed a deep interest in how stories, sound, and live experiences are constructed. Beginning with self-taught music production and later expanding into live audio, video, and creative direction, Caleb built his skill set through hands-on work and real-world production environments. After declining admission to NYU, he chose to study at the Academy of Live Technology in Lititz, Pennsylvania, placing himself at the center of the live entertainment industry. Today, he is a multidisciplinary creative and founder of Montclair Breakfast, where he continues to build community-driven projects across music, media, and live production.

Mathya Clay

Graphic Design & Brand Visual Lead

Mathya Clay is a senior marketing student with a minor in journalism at Millersville University and a creative focus on graphic design. What began as a long-standing hobby evolved into a serious pursuit when Mathya stepped in to help grow their family’s small business- turning creativity into strategy, and visuals into impact.
Mathya designs with intention. Known for noticing the details others overlook, they approach branding from the client’s point of view, asking not just what looks good, but why it works. Bold and intentional, their work tells stories that resonate and leave a lasting impression.

Rylee Nedimyer

Content Curator

A junior at Millersville University majoring in marketing, she brings a strong passion for leadership, creative strategy, and building meaningful professional connections. Known for generating fresh ideas and taking initiative, she thrives in collaborative environments and values networking as a key part of successful marketing. Eager to grow within the field, she is driven to learn, lead, and contribute to innovative, relationship-driven marketing campaigns. Upon graduating in 2027, she aspires to pursue a career with a large organization and ultimately lead its marketing team.

Holland Levin

Video & Content Creation Lead

A junior at Millersville University majoring in Entrepreneurship, with a strong focus on marketing and digital media. A proud commitment to following a family legacy rooted in strong morals and values within the business environment has motivated her to venture into business, volunteerism, and mentorship. As a third generation member of a successful entrepreneur family, she brings forward valuable knowledge skills, and the dedication needed to succeed. Upon graduating from Millersville University in the spring of 2027, plans include opening a business and applying entrepreneurial and marketing skills to build a brand that creates meaningful impact and long-term success.
